Virtual Travel Advisor / Agent & Executive Assistant

We produce a Golf Travel Show — and we're looking for a sharp, sales-minded Virtual Travel Advisor to run the daily booking engine for our start up travel division (F.I.T, Tournaments, and Golf Schools). You'll work inside our systems (Expedia TAAP, Travefy) managing leads and turning them into bookings. Speed and accuracy matter in everything — you must be fast and precise in all communications, with us and with clients, at all times. Responsibilities • Pipeline management — monitor incoming leads, follow up fast by email and phone and book a Zoom call with each prospect • Secure quoting — research and present 2–3 unnamed accommodation, golf and transport options with a "from" price per person • Booking fulfillment — finalize accommodation bookings in Expedia TAAP and golf bookings directly with golf courses and transfers with transport companies. (we don’t book flights) • Supplier packages — help build signature tours, golf schools and tournament itineraries with resorts and courses (paid separately, per project) • Admin — track payments, manage changes, keep client data organized via Travefy, Airwallex and Google Drive • Conversion — turn enquiries into paid bookings, tournament slots and golf school packages Skills Required • Experience with Expedia TAAP and Travefy (or closely related platforms) — essential • 3+ years in retail travel consulting, corporate travel, or high-level travel admin • Genuine passion for golf, sports, and luxury/wellness travel — you should understand this traveller • Experience dealing with high-net-worth entrepreneurs and C-suite executives — our clients expect a polished, premium experience and you must be comfortable with their standards and expectations • Fluent spoken and written English • Flawless attention to detail — no room for errors on names, dates, or pricing Nice-to-Have Skills • Copywriting • Social media management • Graphic design • Ads management These skills will lead to other work opportunities Compensation Flat fee per qualified quote + flat fee per completed booking, plus a commission on any upsell above baseline. Supplier package work is a separate flat project fee.
