Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to help with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Manage emails and respond to routine inquiries. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Perform data entry and keep records organized. Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports. Conduct online research as needed. Organize digital files and maintain documentation. Coordinate with team members and clients. Handle basic customer support and follow-ups. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Comfortable using online collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp). Basic knowledge of CRM systems. Experience with social media scheduling or basic bookkeeping is a plus.
