E2 Visa Immigration Attorney

We're looking for an experienced immigration attorney to support clients pursuing E-2 Treaty Investor visas and business ownership pathways in the U.S. About the Role: You'll work directly with entrepreneurs and investors looking to start or purchase businesses in the United States. This includes preparing and filing E-2 visa petitions, advising on business structures and investment requirements, and guiding clients through the full application process — from initial consultation to consular interview prep. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and file E-2 Treaty Investor visa applications (initial filings, renewals, and change of status) • Advise clients on qualifying investments, business plans, and source-of-funds documentation • Review business purchase agreements and ownership structures for visa eligibility • Coordinate with business brokers, accountants, and business plan writers • Represent clients in communications with USCIS and U.S. consulates • Stay current on E-2 treaty country requirements and policy changes What We're Looking For: • Licensed attorney in good standing (any U.S. state bar) • Proven experience with E-2 visa cases — this is a must • Familiarity with related business immigration options (E-1, L-1, EB-5 a plus) • Strong client communication skills, especially with international clients • Detail-oriented with excellent writing and case preparation skills If you or someone you know fits this role, please reach out.
