VoIP / Business Phone System Setup

We need an experienced VoIP/business phone specialist to help migrate and configure our customer service phone system for remote virtual assistants, primarily Philippines-based agents. ***WHEN APPLYING PLEASE ESTIMATE NUMBER OF HOURS NEEDED OR TOTAL COST FOR THIS PROJECT*** Current system is Grasshopper and we need to preserve/port our existing business phone numbers. We need help selecting the best platform (OpenPhone, Dialpad, Aircall, etc.), setting up remote agents, configuring call routing and queues, setting up desktop/mobile apps, testing overseas call quality, and creating simple documentation for our team. We also want someone who can train our management team and virtual assistants on how the system works after setup. Looking for someone with real experience setting up remote customer service phone systems for distributed teams.
