Volunteer Training Registration and Scheduling System

We are conducting a volunteer training programme over approximately 4 months. There will be approximately 20 volunteers participating. Training sessions occur on weekends, with a predefined list of available dates. Each volunteer is required to attend exactly 8 training sessions. Each training session has a maximum participant capacity. The objective is to create a simple web-based system that allows volunteers to indicate availability and automatically generates an optimized training schedule. Objectives Develop a user-friendly registration and scheduling platform that: Collects volunteer details. Collects volunteer availability across training dates. Prevents duplicate registrations. Automatically assigns volunteers to training sessions. Respects capacity constraints. Ensures each volunteer is assigned the required number of sessions. Provides an administrative dashboard for schedule management.
