Wix Studio Website Polish & Mobile Optimization | High-End Wellness Brand Summary I currently have a website in Wix Studio for my remote back pain coaching business and I need it to look clean and professional. I have the colors/font and general design and I know what tabs/pages links i need. I need someone who can polish the visual design and optimize it for each screen size. This is a refinement job with a few additional re builds. The style is more elegant Think less "wellness influencer," more quiet, high-end editorial. Restrained, deliberate, nothing loud. I sell a system with three tiers. I'm open to suggestions on smaller layout adjustments, spacing, and visual polish, but I'm not looking for a full redesign or a different structural approach. You can leave spaces for images, videos, or text and I’ll fill them in with the content later. The color palette is already in Wix Studio I will need to add some links to the payment system, There will be work down the line when I add the full video library but for now I want to build the basic site so that when the videos are edited we can upload and organize them. PAGES Homepage Sequoia 10 Coach Apply Rooting Intensive Hidden waitlist page Footer (currently cluttered, needs rebuilding as a centered, single-column layout with more breathing room) MOBILE/RESPONSIVE PRIORITIES The alternating dark/light section rhythm must be preserved on mobile. This is structural to the brand, not a decorative pattern, so it shouldn't get dropped or reordered just to save space. Typography hierarchy (EB Garamond headers, Barlow body/CTA) needs to stay legible and hold presence at mobile scale. Generous white space is a priority even on mobile. Please resist the instinct to compress spacing just to fit more above the fold. CTAs and buttons should remain easily tappable and legible at mobile size, particularly given the letter-spacing on Barlow. TYPOGRAPHY Logo - Cinzel Page Headers/Titles - EB Garamond -Italic EB Garamond: reserved for moments that are actually me speaking. Philosophy lines, story beats, the tagline, pull quotes. Anywhere the copy reads like a belief statement in first person. -Upright (roman) EB Garamond: functional headers and page titles. "The Sequoia 10," "Apply," section headers that are naming/organizing content rather than voicing a thought. -Subheads/Emphasis/CTAs - Barlow, letter-spacing 0.05em–0.1em -Body copy/text- Barlow at normal letter-spacing (0) Note: Wix only offers Barlow, not Barlow Semi Condensed (what I want) as a separate font file. The letter-spacing is an intentional workaround, not something that needs correcting. DO’S Natural texture and scale: bark, roots, canopy, fog. The forest is the subject, not the person. A calm, editorial pace. Generous white space. Sections that breathe instead of stacking dense. Typography-forward design. Type carries a lot of the personality here, so it needs room to do that. Alternating dark and light sections with intention. Dark sections should carry emotional weight (story, philosophy). Light sections are where decisions happen (offers, CTAs). This isn't decorative, it's structural, so the build needs to respect section order and pacing, not just apply a color scheme uniformly. DONT’S No food photography anywhere on the site. Not in the hero, not in the background, not as texture. No stock imagery that reads as generic fitness or wellness (motivational overlays, bright saturated color, gym equipment, before/after anything). REFERENCES For register and pacing (this is the main one): Aesop, https://www.aesop.com. Restrained, editorial, lots of breathing room, typography doing the heavy lifting. For layout and typography rhythm: Kinfolk, https://www.kinfolk.com. Referencing the editorial pacing and use of white space, not the subject matter. For imagery direction only, not layout: Save the Redwoods League, https://www.savetheredwoods.org, and Yosemite Conservancy, https://yosemite.org. These are the visual vocabulary I'm after, forest at scale, fog, texture, trees as the subject. Both are nonprofit sites that are busier than what I want, so please reference the photography approach rather than the structure. Target: 1–2 weeks for a polish and responsive-optimization pass across the existing pages. Can flex depending on how much visual refinement each page needs.
