Looking for a CRM / Web Consultant to Build Business Foundation I'm a small business owner just getting started and I need more than a website. I need someone who can help me build a complete digital presence that works as a business tool from day one. Here's what I'm looking for: Website design and build Clean, professional, and highly scannable. Built on a platform I can update myself without technical help (WordPress, Webflow, or similar). Should establish trust quickly and make it easy for visitors to respond or get in touch. CRM and lead management setup I want leads from my site to go somewhere useful. That means setting up a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) so I can track contacts, follow up, and not lose anyone who expresses interest. Marketing automation basics Simple automated follow-ups when someone fills out a form or reaches out. Nothing complex, just enough to respond professionally while I'm focused on running the business. Launch and post-launch support I need someone who will walk me through the finished product and stay available after launch so I'm not left figuring things out alone. Who I'm looking for Someone who has done this before for small or growing businesses, listens well, sets clear expectations, and understands that I'm building something long-term. Technical depth matters, but so does the ability to explain things plainly.
