We are seeking experienced lead generators and sales-focused freelancers to help us connect with businesses that need new or redesigned websites. This is a commission-only role focused on identifying and qualifying warm leads—specifically companies that are ready to invest in a professional website project (approximately $5,000+) and ongoing hosting ($100/month). Your primary responsibility is outreach and lead qualification; our internal team will handle all sales calls, closing, and project delivery. Compensation is $40 per closed deal, with strong performers earning up to $4,000/month based on volume. All sales activity is tracked transparently through our internal portal, where you can monitor which leads convert and when payments are made. Commissions are paid directly through Upwork.
