Summary

We are looking for a Web Analytics & Tracking Specialist to audit, clean up, and maintain our tracking across our website, ads, YouTube, funnels, and sales pages. We are a personal growth/coaching brand with multiple offers, including workshops, courses, memberships, YouTube content, and paid ads. We need better visibility into where leads and buyers are coming from so we can scale our marketing with clearer data. This role is not an email marketing or copywriting role. We need someone who is strong with technical tracking, analytics, pixels, Google Tag Manager, URLs, and attribution. Responsibilities: 1. Audit our current tracking setup across website, ads, funnels, and sales pages. 2. Review and improve Google Tag Manager setup. 3. Check Meta pixel and conversion tracking. 4. Review tracking on Squarespace and other connected platforms. 5. Set up or improve UTM tracking/custom URL tracking. 6. Make sure YouTube links and offer links are properly trackable. 7. Identify gaps where we are currently missing data. 8. Help us understand where leads and buyers are coming from. 9. Check for broken links, broken tracking, or missing conversion events. 10. Create a simple tracking system/process the team can maintain. 11. Provide ongoing maintenance for a few hours per week after the initial setup/audit. Experience needed: - Strong Google Tag Manager experience. - Experience with Meta pixel and conversion tracking. - Experience tracking customer journeys across websites, landing pages, checkouts, and ad platforms. - Comfortable working with UTM parameters, custom links, and attribution. - Ability to explain tracking gaps and recommendations clearly to a non-technical team. - Experience with online courses, coaching businesses, webinars, or digital products is a plus. Prior experience: - In your application, please share 2–3 examples from past work that include: - What the tracking problem was - What platforms were involved - What you set up or fixed - What data became visible after your work - Any screenshots, Loom walkthroughs, sample reports, GTM screenshots, GA4 event examples, or UTM structures you can share - Client-sensitive details can be blurred Project scope: This will likely begin with a tracking audit and setup/cleanup project. After the initial work, we may continue with a few hours per week for tracking maintenance and QA. We love attention to detail around here, please include the word 'delulu' in the very first sentence of your proposal.
