Additionally, we need a seamless, multi-field conference registration flow (with conditional logic and custom selections) and ensuring the site is fully optimized for performance, mobile responsiveness, and search engines. Key Responsibilities: • Website Redesign: Modernize our site architecture, visual design, and user experience using WordPress/Divi/Elementor theme/builder. • Interactive & Animated Visuals: Implement engaging, modern web animations and micro-interactions using contemporary techniques (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Lottie, or GSAP). • Event/Conference Registration: Set up and integrate a robust registration platform with multi-step fields, custom selections, and secure backend integration. • SEO & Performance Optimization: Implement foundational SEO best practices (keyword structure, metadata) and optimize speed and cross-browser compatibility. Requirements: • Proven Design Expertise: Strong graphic design sense, layout mastery, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator or Figma). • WordPress/Divi/Elementor Mastery: Extensive experience building clean, responsive custom sites. • Modern Interactive Web Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3 animations, and modern frontend techniques. • Form & Database Integration: Experience configuring complex form logic and integrating registration platforms with third-party tools/databases. • SEO & Technical Standards: Solid grasp of search engine positioning, mobile-first design, and cross-browser compatibility.
