**Summary** Axipro is seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and high-impact Web Designer to lead the evolution of our digital presence and support our international clientele’s web-based needs. This role is a critical technical position requiring a blend of creative design, structural functionality, and expert-level proficiency in the Elementor ecosystem. The Web Designer will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, ensuring our digital assets are not only visually compelling but also performant, secure, and fully aligned with our brand standards. **Key Responsibilities** - **Design Ownership & Execution:** - Lead the conceptualization, design, and deployment of high-converting, responsive websites and landing pages using WordPress and Elementor. - Own the entire design process, from wireframing and prototyping to final implementation, ensuring pixel-perfect results that meet Axipro’s world-class quality standards. - **Technical Proficiency & Optimization:** - Develop complex layouts, custom widgets, and dynamic content structures within Elementor Pro. - Optimize website performance (loading speeds, SEO, and accessibility) and maintain high standards of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. - Implement secure coding practices and ensure all designs integrate seamlessly with backend requirements and third-party tools (e.g., CRM integrations). - **Strategic Collaboration:** - Serve as the primary design liaison between our internal marketing team, leadership, and external partners. - Translate complex business concepts and compliance-focused value propositions into clear, engaging visual designs. - **Quality Assurance & Documentation:** - Establish and enforce design guidelines and component libraries to maintain visual consistency across all digital properties. - Conduct rigorous testing of all designs to ensure functionality and provide feedback reports to optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field. - **Experience:** Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in web design, with a strong focus on the WordPress/Elementor ecosystem. - **Elementor Mastery:** Advanced proficiency in Elementor Pro, including custom CSS/JS implementation, dynamic data structures, and third-party addon integration. - **Technical Stack:** Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
