Webdev needed for a sleek, responsive personal blog

Hi! I'm looking for an experienced web developer to take a "beta" version of a website I've built and turn it into a functional, beautiful one-stop-shop. This project entails the creation of three basic webpage "templates" (HTML files) for use in a SSG, as well as optimizing and making responsive those sites and the landing page template for the site (which is already completed). The codebase and working design tools will be provided, as well as all current wireframes and working site versions to assist in this work, so you shouldn't be too left out to dry. I am more than willing to put any of the existing information in a format that works well for you and your work, and am flexible about what platforms and modes of delivery work best. I am a check-in-for-milestones-and-questions type communicator, but open to less (or more) frequent modes of communication depending on the person! Most importantly, this project may not use AI at any point to generate, modify, or edit the codebase. This is a strict requirement for this job.
