Webinar Promotion (Lunch & Learn for Women Entrepreneurs)

We're hosting a lunch & learn webinar in September for women entrepreneurs who've crossed $1M in revenue, featuring a CPA, corporate attorney, and business coach. We are looking too someone to create the plan and all that is needed for the webinar, driving registrations and turning this into a lead-gen opportunity. What you'll do: Complete all graphic and set up for the webinar. Build and execute a promotion plan across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram Write a registration email sequence Create social posts/captions for the weeks leading up to the event Identify partners (women's business groups, associations) for cross-promotion What we're looking for: Proven experience promoting webinars or virtual events (B2B/professional services a plus) Strong copywriting, emails and social posts Familiarity with GoHighLevel and LinkedIn/Instagram promotion Bonus: paid social ads experience Please share examples of past webinar promotions, including registration/attendance results if available and submit your proposed fee.
