Website Redesign & Migration – Shopify to WordPress (Complete Overhaul)

Tolliver Accounting Group is looking for an experienced web designer to completely redesign our website and migrate it from Shopify to WordPress. Our current site is very basic, and we're looking for a full overhaul — not a like-for-like rebuild — resulting in a polished, professional, fully functional site that reflects an established accounting firm. What you'll do: Design and build a completely new website on WordPress that reflects an established accounting/professional services firm — clean, credible, modern, and easy to navigate Redesign existing pages (services, about, contact, etc.) with improved layout, structure, and messaging — this is a full redesign, not a reskin of current content Migrate our existing domain from Shopify to WordPress, ensuring no downtime or loss of existing SEO value where possible Set up basic on-page SEO fundamentals (meta titles, descriptions, page structure) Ensure the site is mobile-responsive and loads quickly Provide basic training or documentation so we can make minor updates ourselves after launch What we're looking for: Proven experience with both website redesign and Shopify-to-WordPress migration specifically (not just general WordPress builds) A strong design portfolio — we want to see real design sensibility, not just technical migration skill Experience with domain transfers/DNS changes and a clear understanding of how to avoid downtime or broken links during the switch A portfolio of professional services or B2B websites (accounting, legal, financial, consulting, etc. preferred) Familiarity with basic SEO best practices Clear communicator who can walk us through technical steps in plain language, since this isn't our area of expertise Engagement details: One-time project (not ongoing) Pricing: Please propose your fixed project price in your proposal, based on the full scope described above (design + migration).
