Website Designer / CRO Specialist (Lead Generation)

We install whole-home water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, salt-free systems, and provide maintenance services. We are not looking for a traditional web designer. We’re looking for someone obsessed with conversions, landing pages, user experience, and turning visitors into qualified leads. ⸻ What You’ll Do * Redesign our existing website for maximum lead generation * Build dedicated landing pages for: * Water Softeners * Well Water Systems * Reverse Osmosis * Salt-Free Systems * Water System Service * Google Ads * Meta Ads * Improve mobile conversion rates * Increase call volume and form submissions * Optimize page speed * Create strong CTAs throughout the website * Build trust with reviews, guarantees, FAQs, and social proof * A/B test headlines, offers, buttons, and layouts * Integrate with GoHighLevel CRM * Set up tracking for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion events * Improve local SEO structure ⸻ Requirements We’re looking for someone with experience building websites that actually generate revenue.
