Website Support & Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a reliable web support specialist to assist with ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for multiple mental health clinic websites. This is not a full-time development role. We are seeking someone dependable who can step in when issues arise, help maintain our websites, and serve as an ongoing support partner for our team. Most work will be intermittent and as-needed, with a small monthly retainer for availability plus hourly pay for larger updates or urgent issues. We anticipate this role averaging approximately 3-5 hours per month. We are ideally looking for an individual freelancer or small support partner rather than a large agency. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot website issues and outages Update website content, images, and pages Monitor forms, integrations, and scheduling links Assist with plugin updates and minor website maintenance Help resolve hosting, domain, SSL, or DNS-related issues when needed Be available for occasional urgent support Qualifications: Experience with WordPress and website maintenance Strong troubleshooting skills Familiarity with hosting platforms, plugins, domains, and SSL certificates Clear communication and responsiveness Ability to work independently and proactively Nice to Have: Experience supporting healthcare or mental health organizations Basic SEO or website optimization experience This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
