Website redesign project for a fashion brand on Shopify

Summary

We want to redesign / upgrade our website using a new shopify premium theme (our current one is old, not as mobile first), and incorporate the brand VI into the new version, and make sure the website is SEO and CRO proof. We have a couple of reference websites that serve as our reference / inspo, we are not looking to exactly copy them, but want to incorporate their premium feel and good UI / UX practice. Looking for someone who has worked a lot with shopify premium themes, can research and compare different options' pros and cons, and take all the needs from the team (design, marketing, website operations) and lead the implementation of the website until the site is fullhy tested and functional
