Summary

Evermere Estate is a premier wedding venue in the Smoky Mountains, hosting weddings and special events for up to 350 guests. We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and sales-driven individual to guide prospective couples through the booking process and help convert leads into signed contracts. Responsibilities Respond to wedding inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media Schedule and coordinate venue tours Conduct follow-up communication with prospective couples Track leads and maintain accurate CRM records Prepare and send contracts, proposals, and deposit requests Assist clients through the booking process from initial inquiry to signed agreement Answer questions regarding pricing, availability, and venue policies Coordinate with management to ensure a seamless sales experience Maintain weekly reports on tours, contracts sent, and bookings secured Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor Excellent organization and follow-up abilities Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online scheduling tools Self-motivated and able to work independently Wedding, hospitality, event, real estate, or venue experience is a plus Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, is persistent with follow-up, and can help couples feel excited and confident about booking their wedding at Evermere Estate. The ideal candidate understands that consistent communication and attention to detail are key to closing sales.
