Weight Loss Accountability Coach (Remote) About Me I'm an entrepreneur who works from home and runs multiple online businesses. My schedule is busy and unpredictable, and while I know what I need to do to lose weight, I need someone whose primary role is to keep me accountable every single day. I'm looking for a proactive, positive, and persistent accountability coach who will help me stay on track with my nutrition, workouts, hydration, sleep, and daily habits. This is not a personal trainer position. I'm looking for someone who will consistently follow up with me, encourage me, and make sure I don't fall off track. Responsibilities - Check in with me multiple times throughout the day via WhatsApp, Slack, or Telegram. - Make sure I follow my meal plan. - Remind me to eat at scheduled times. - Hold me accountable for drinking enough water. - Ensure I complete my daily workout. - Encourage me to hit my daily step goal. - Follow up on sleep schedule and bedtime. - Help identify when I'm making excuses and keep me focused. - Review my daily progress. - Keep a simple daily log of: - Weight - Meals completed - Workout completed - Steps - Water intake - Sleep - Celebrate wins while also pushing me to stay disciplined. Ideal Candidate - Experience coaching clients through weight loss or healthy lifestyle changes. - Excellent written English. - Positive, motivating personality. - Comfortable following up several times a day. - Reliable and responsive. - Not afraid to remind me when I'm falling behind. - Organized and detail-oriented. Communication Most communication will happen through messaging rather than phone calls. Schedule Flexible hours, but you should be available for several check-ins throughout the day. Goal My objective is to lose over 100 pounds and completely transform my health over the next year. I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people stay accountable and who will become a long-term partner in that journey.
