Wellness Trainer/Coach

We're looking for an engaging wellness professional to partner with us on a recurring basis. About the Role We're seeking an experienced Wellness Trainer who can facilitate fun, inclusive, and beginner-friendly wellness sessions for our remote team. This is not a high-intensity fitness class. Our goal is to create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for employees of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. In addition to delivering a live monthly wellness session, we're looking for someone who can help us build a sustainable wellness program by designing simple, repeatable activities that our team can facilitate on our own each week. The ideal candidate can educate, motivate, and make wellness approachable without making participants feel intimidated. Responsibilities -Facilitate one live online wellness session each month (approximately 30 minutes). -Lead simple, low-impact exercises such as stretching, mobility, posture improvement, light movement, or beginner-friendly workouts. -Deliver practical wellness education on topics such as desk ergonomics, healthy habits, nutrition, hydration, recovery, stress management, and preventing the effects of prolonged sitting. -Conduct an interactive Q&A after each monthly session. -Design a 12-month wellness activity program with easy-to-follow weekly activities that employees can facilitate without a trainer. -Create a library of 10–20 minute DIY wellness sessions that can be run during our weekly Open Office meetings. -Recommend trusted YouTube videos, stretching routines, mobility exercises, or guided wellness activities suitable for a remote workplace. -Develop simple wellness challenges, discussion prompts, and wellness tips that encourage participation and healthy habits. -Ensure all activities are beginner-friendly, inclusive, and suitable for employees with different fitness levels and physical abilities. -Provide simple facilitator guides so any team member can confidently lead the weekly session. Bonus Responsibilities (Preferred) We're also looking for someone who can optionally provide: * Individual wellness consultations (15–20 minutes per employee) * Personalized guidance based on employee goals and lifestyle * Basic fitness, mobility, posture, or nutrition recommendations (within your professional scope) Consultations may be conducted online or onsite/offline, depending on location and availability. We're Looking For Someone Who * Has experience conducting corporate wellness or group fitness sessions * Can confidently engage a virtual audience * Is energetic, friendly, and encouraging * Understands that many participants are beginners or have sedentary desk jobs * Can modify exercises for different fitness levels * Communicates clearly in English * Is reliable and professional Ideal Background We're open to professionals from a variety of disciplines, including: * Certified Personal Trainer * Group Fitness Instructor * Yoga Instructor * Pilates Instructor * Physiotherapist * Exercise Physiologist * Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian (for nutrition-focused sessions) * Corporate Wellness Coach To Apply Please include: 1.
