Welsh Speaker – Voice Recording Project (Agent Role) - Immediate Hiring (AI-MNC2603002)

Please note that this is a voice recording project between two people for AI training purposes. We need a native Welsh speaker to perform the following task: - Log into our webpage. Connect with a customer on a call, - You would act as the agent in scripted calls. - Another participant would act as the customer. - Scripts and scenarios are provided. - You would complete 30 calls total as an agent. - Once the calls are recorded, you will be asked to provide feedback on each call through our annotation tool, which is very straightforward. Average time spent - Both roles: Each call lasts about 1.5 minutes. - Annotation Agent: 3 minutes per call - Annotation Customer: 7.5 minutes per call The fixed price also includes reading the guidelines that will be shared once the project is accepted. Tool - You will be required to log in to one of our webpages to record the conversation. This is not through phone. - Tool access for recording: personal email - Tool access for annotation: personal email Requirements - Native Welsh speaker (You will need to read a script in Welsh) - Good internet connection - Access to a laptop & laptop microphone - No background noise Payment structure - There is a fixed payment covering the 30 calls you perform. - In addition, we want up to 3 Welsh participants to act as customers. - Each referred customer you may bring would complete 10 of the 30 calls. Customer payment - Each customer receives $31/hour for recording 10 calls. We estimate a total of 2 hours for each customer to recall 10 calls and complete their respective evaluations. - You can refer 2-3 customers. Minimum 2 referrals are required. Budget adjustment - The final payment depends on: * The number of calls actually completed. * The number of referred customers who participate.
