Looking for great Cold Callers who have experience in Real Estate. (Mainly Preforeclosures) Job Description: - Calling a list provided to you and asking sellers if they have any interest in selling. (Please know that preforeclosures aren't always interested in selling so make them aware of their options and consider selling a backup plan) - Gathering information from interested sellers and sending them over to us where we handle the rest. - NOT negotiating numbers with homeowners, only gathering information to be sent to us. We will handle the numbers. Requirements: - Ability to speak English at a high level. (Spanish as well is bonus points since you will mainly be calling people in California) - Your own dialer would be great but NOT required. If you don't have your own dialer, a google voice will be provided. - Ability to skip-trace. (TruePeopleSearch and CyberBackgroundChecks works just fine) - An Empathetic and Confident mindset. (These people are going through a tough time in life. Try not to sound like a salesperson and sound like a buddy that is trying to help.) - Real Estate experience would be great but as long as you're good at talking on the phone, I can teach you what I know. - If you have your own script that you go with. That would be GREAT. If not, a script will be provided for you. - Great ability to communicate and gather information.
