Sentinel Property Solutions is looking for a sharp, motivated, and detail-oriented Wholesale Real Estate Lead Manager / Intake Agent to join our growing acquisitions team. We are building a high-performance real estate investment operation focused on finding off-market property opportunities, qualifying motivated sellers, analyzing deals, and moving strong opportunities through our acquisitions pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who understands wholesale real estate, knows how to speak with sellers, can qualify leads effectively, and is comfortable working inside a structured CRM process. About the Role As a Lead Manager / Intake Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound seller leads, qualifying seller motivation, gathering key property information, running basic deal analysis, and preparing qualified opportunities for underwriting and acquisitions. You will be the bridge between the first contact with the seller and the acquisitions team. Your job is not just to “take notes.” Your job is to uncover motivation, build rapport, collect accurate information, and determine whether the opportunity is worth moving forward. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Calling and following up with motivated seller leads Taking inbound seller calls when needed Building rapport with property owners Identifying seller motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations Asking strong qualification questions Gathering complete property details Running basic comps and helping determine potential deal quality Entering detailed notes into the CRM Updating lead status and pipeline stages accurately Preparing lead files for underwriting and acquisitions review Following call scripts, cadences, and SOPs Communicating clearly with the acquisitions team Staying organized and consistent with follow-up What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, lead management, or seller intake Comfortable speaking with motivated sellers over the phone Confident, professional, and persuasive without being pushy Detail-oriented and organized Good at asking questions and uncovering motivation Able to follow a structured process Comfortable working inside a CRM Reliable, coachable, and hungry to grow Able to work during U.S. business hours Required Experience Please apply only if you have at least some experience with one or more of the following: Wholesale real estate Real estate acquisitions Motivated seller calls Lead intake / lead management Cold calling real estate leads Running comps CRM pipeline management Seller follow-up Experience with tools like Podio, GoHighLevel, Left Main REI, Salesforce, REsimpli, ChatARV, BatchLeads, PropStream, Zillow, Redfin, or similar platforms is a plus.
