Summary

We're a consumer electronics company (Qubs) that makes an IoT audio device for kids called Qubitunes. It uses an embedded Wi-Fi module (ESP32) and pairs via Bluetooth to a companion app for setup. We've had recurring setup failures reported specifically by customers on Spectrum internet customers using the SAX1V1K or SAX1V1S router. We believe we've identified the cause (router-side HTTP download blocking) and built a fix, but we need to validate it against the real hardware before rolling it out — and we don't have access to this specific router model ourselves. Needs to be US based.
