Summary

We are seeking a freelance RF/Wireless Engineer to develop and validate a long-range wireless link for real-time video and data transmission. The system must support 1080p H.264/H.265 video, telemetry, and IP-based data with low latency and reliable throughput. Required experience includes 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz Wi-Fi and RF systems, RF link-budget calculation, antenna selection, and MIMO/antenna diversity. The initial target is 10+ Mbps usable throughput and reliable live video over 2–5 km LOS, with potential for longer range. Experience with OpenHD or similar systems is preferred.
