Wix E-Commerce Website Redesign, Mobile Optimization & Conversion Audit

I am seeking an experienced Wix e-commerce designer and developer to improve the appearance, functionality, and conversion performance of my existing beauty-product website, AmourThairapy.com. The website is already built and receiving traffic, but it needs visible design corrections, better desktop and mobile responsiveness, and a full review of possible technical issues affecting sales. This is not a complete rebuild. I need someone who can improve the current Wix website while maintaining the existing branding, products, and overall business identity. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will review and improve the entire website on both desktop and mobile, including: * Correcting inconsistent margins, spacing, padding, and alignment throughout the site. * Resizing oversized images and videos, particularly on desktop. * Ensuring all sections are properly centered and visually balanced. * Improving the desktop layout so it does not appear stretched, oversized, or empty. * Correcting mobile responsiveness and display issues. * Making sure fonts, buttons, banners, images, and product sections are consistent across pages. * Improving the homepage, product pages, category pages, cart, and checkout experience. * Reviewing the announcement banner and making it behave properly during scrolling, including making it sticky or fixed where appropriate. * Improving navigation, menus, buttons, calls to action, and page flow. * Correcting overlapping elements, awkward blank spaces, cropped content, and inconsistent section heights. * Improving image quality and placement without making the website slow. * Reviewing pop-ups, promotional banners, videos, product reviews, and trust-building elements. * Ensuring the website maintains a polished, professional, luxury beauty-brand appearance. E-Commerce and Conversion Review The freelancer must also: * Test the complete shopping experience from product page to completed checkout. * Review Wix Stores, cart, checkout, shipping, taxes, discount codes, and payment settings. * Confirm that customers can place orders successfully. * Review product-page layout, pricing, product information, reviews, guarantees, and calls to action. * Identify areas where visitors may be confused, distracted, or leaving the website. * Review site speed and loading performance. * Review mobile usability and ease of purchasing. * Verify Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, and other tracking events, where applicable. * Confirm that page views, add-to-cart actions, checkout activity, and purchases are being tracked correctly. * Recommend and implement improvements designed to increase completed purchases. Required Deliverables Before making major changes, I need: * A written website audit. * Screenshots or screen recordings showing the visible and technical issues found. * A prioritized list of recommended changes. * Confirmation of which changes are included in the quoted price. After completing the project, I need: * A summary of every design and technical change made. * Before-and-after screenshots. * Desktop and mobile testing. * Proof that the banner, menus, links, buttons, cart, checkout, shipping, and payments are functioning correctly. * Confirmation that margins, spacing, image sizing, and responsive layouts have been corrected. * Recommendations for any improvements that should be tested later.
