WordPress Developer & Designer Needed: Custom Logo, Visual Clean-up + Google Workspace Integration

Summary

We are launching a new emergency property restoration business operating in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Our current WordPress website was a "free placeholder" site provided by a registered agent service—it currently features completely irrelevant stock images and a temporary logo that we do not like. We need a multi-talented freelancer who can handle both the technical IT setup and a complete visual face-lift for our brand. Scope of Work: 1. Branding & Visual Design Overhaul: Custom Logo Design: Design a professional, clean, and modern corporate logo for "Guardian Water Mitigation LLC". We need high-resolution vector files (PNG, SVG) suitable for both our website and future vehicle graphics/uniforms. Image Replacement: Completely strip out the irrelevant stock photos currently on the site. Replace them with high-quality, professional, and relevant property restoration stock imagery (water extraction, structural drying, flooded basements, dehumidifiers, etc.). 2. Website Optimization & Lead Conversion (WordPress): Review our current WordPress setup. Note: We are currently on a free WordPress plan; we need you to advise us on the most cost-effective route to upgrade or migrate to a budget-friendly commercial host (e.g., Hostinger) to unlock plugin access. Optimize our homepage layout strictly for mobile phone users, ensuring fast loading speeds. Implement a prominent, clickable "24/7 Call Now" emergency phone button right at the top of the mobile screen. Configure the website's contact form to route incoming leads cleanly to our email/system. 3. Google Workspace & Technical Integration: Connect our custom WordPress domain to our Google Workspace account. Configure all necessary DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure high email deliverability and prevent emails from landing in spam. Ensure an active, working SSL Certificate (HTTPS) is fully configured on the domain. 4. Local SEO & Tracking Deployment: Implement LocalBusiness and WaterDamageRestoration Schema Markup code into the website backend to align with our local market. Install and configure free Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking on the site so we can monitor visitor clicks and conversions
