WordPress Developer Needed — Finance Niche Site, Affiliate Setup & SEO (Claude AI Workflow

Hi, I run a live finance website in the mortgage and real estate niche and I'm looking for a WordPress developer to help me finish the site, set up monetization properly, and make everything run smoothly. The design and core structure are already complete — I just need the right person to connect all the pieces so the site starts generating revenue. I built the whole site with Claude's help and I really need you to clean it up as you know it's not perfect. I'm also a beginner with using AI and Claude for reference. The entire site was designed and built using Claude, and we'll continue using it throughout this project. MONETIZATION — THIS IS THE PRIORITY Affiliate links: — I have affiliate accounts with several major lenders in the mortgage space — I need my tracking URLs placed into the comparison sidebar so every click is tracked and I get paid per lead or conversion — Links need rel="sponsored" tags and proper UTM parameters Calculator CTA button: — The payment calculator already has a call-to-action button at the bottom — This needs to link to my primary affiliate URL so users who finish calculating click through and I earn a commission — High-converting placement — needs to be wired correctly from day one Google AdSense: — Two ad slots are already built into the page layout (300×250 and 300×600) — Help me paste AdSense code into the correct spots so ads display automatically — Advise on where to add additional units for maximum RPM in this niche Email capture: — Two email signup forms on the homepage — Connect to Mailchimp or ConvertKit (free tier) so every subscriber is automatically added to my list — Set up a simple automated welcome email — The email list is a core long-term revenue asset — needs to be set up right from day one 2.
