WordPress/Elementor & Figma Expert Needed for Finance Website Redesign

We are looking for an experienced **Figma + WordPress + Elementor designer/developer** to redesign an existing Australian finance website. ## IMPORTANT – WE ALREADY HAVE THE DESIGNS This is **not a branding project starting from scratch** and we are not looking for someone to install a generic finance template. We have already developed a comprehensive new brand and website direction, including: * Homepage mockups * New logo direction * Colour palette * Typography direction * Desktop concepts * Mobile concepts * Hero designs * White and dark section variations * Business-owner and industry imagery concepts * Finance product cards * Rate card designs * CTA concepts * Header and footer concepts The new design is modern, clean and professional, using a combination of **white backgrounds, dark/navy sections, bright green highlights, bold typography and professional business imagery**. We need someone who can take our existing concepts, professionally refine them in **Figma**, obtain our approval, and then implement them properly in **Elementor/WordPress**. ## Figma First, Then Elementor Our preferred workflow is: **Existing mockups → Figma refinement → Approval → Elementor build → Testing → Launch** We want the key pages and reusable components properly developed in Figma before final implementation. The completed and editable **Figma source files must be provided to us** as part of the project. We want a reusable design system covering: * Typography * Colours * Buttons * Cards * Forms * Product/rate components * Headers and footers * Other common UI elements ## Existing Website The existing website is already live and functional. The objective is to **redesign the website without unnecessarily rebuilding or disrupting functionality that already works**. Existing content and page URLs should generally be retained but presented using the new design. ## Existing Forms – Must Be Preserved The website contains working enquiry and application forms. Before development begins, the successful freelancer must identify the existing forms and how they operate. Forms can be visually redesigned, but their underlying functionality must be preserved, including where applicable: * Form fields * Submission destinations * Email notifications * CRM integrations * Consent requirements * CAPTCHA / anti-spam * Conversion tracking **Do not replace, delete or materially alter an existing form without our approval.** All forms must be tested before launch. ## Existing Calculators – Must Be Preserved The website contains existing finance calculator functionality. The calculators should be restyled to match the new design while preserving their existing calculations, inputs and functionality. The freelancer must first determine whether each calculator is centrally managed, embedded, plugin-based or custom-coded. **Do not alter calculator formulas or financial disclaimers without our approval.** Calculators must work correctly across desktop, tablet and mobile. ## Existing Functionality Audit Before making major changes, the successful freelancer must conduct a basic audit of the existing website and identify important functionality, including: * Forms * Calculators * Application flows * CTA links * CRM/form integrations where accessible * Email notifications * CAPTCHA * Google Analytics * Google Ads conversion tracking * Google Tag Manager/tracking tags * Blog functionality * FAQs/accordions * Testimonials * Navigation/dropdowns * Partner/referral forms * Contact links * Legal/privacy links * Mobile click-to-call functionality * Other existing interactive elements We want to understand **what currently exists before anything is changed**. ## Elementor CMS A major requirement is that our internal team can easily manage the website after completion. We need to be able to update through Elementor: * Text * Images * Headlines * Buttons * Rates * Comparison rates * Product descriptions * Product features * CTAs * Statistics * Testimonials * FAQs * Industry content * Landing pages We do not want to require a developer every time we need to make a routine content change. Avoid unnecessary custom coding where Elementor can achieve the same result properly. ## Responsive Design The website must be professionally designed for: **Desktop + Laptop + Tablet + Mobile** Mobile must be intentionally designed, not simply the desktop site automatically stacked vertically. Particular attention should be given to: * Mobile navigation * Typography * Hero sections * CTA placement * Forms * Calculators * Product/rate cards * Touch-friendly controls * Image cropping * Spacing * Loading speed ## Existing SEO Existing SEO foundations must be protected during the redesign. Existing URLs should not be unnecessarily changed. Where applicable, preserve: * Existing URLs * Page titles and meta information * Heading structure * Internal links * Blog URLs * Alt text * Existing redirects * Sitemap/indexing settings Any significant URL or SEO structural changes must be approved first. ## Tracking & Integrations Existing tracking and integrations must not be accidentally removed during the redesign. This includes, where currently installed: * GA4 * Google Ads conversion tracking * Google Tag Manager * Form conversion tracking * CRM integrations * Other existing scripts/integrations ## Performance The finished site must be fast and properly optimised. Attention should be given to: * Image optimisation * Modern image formats * Lazy loading * CSS/JavaScript optimisation * Caching * Font optimisation * Elementor performance * Avoiding unnecessary plugins * Core Web Vitals * Mobile performance ## Financial & Compliance Content This is an **Australian financial-services website**, so accuracy is important. Rates, comparison rates, disclaimers, privacy wording, consent wording and other financial/compliance information must be implemented exactly as supplied or approved by us. **Do not independently rewrite financial, legal or compliance wording.** If something appears inconsistent, bring it to our attention before changing it. ## Staging & Launch Development must be completed in a **staging environment** so the existing live website continues operating during the project.
