If there's a faster, simpler, or more effective way to achieve the same goal, you tell us - even if it's not exactly what was asked for. We want your expertise. Rolls with change. Priorities shift and new opportunities or issues come up mid-project. You adapt without losing momentum, and help us re-scope sensibly rather than treating every change as a problem. Delivers on time. You manage your own workload, communicate proactively if a deadline is at risk, and are reliable enough that we don't have to chase. Communicates clearly and often. Regular, concise updates - not radio silence between milestones.
