WordPress Medical Website Update, HIPAA Form Integration, and Migration

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to update and migrate an existing medical website, FranklinPrimary.org. The website currently includes one site-wide modal pop-up form and 16 identical seven-field forms located on individual location pages. The selected developer will be responsible for: * Rebuilding all forms using Jotform HIPAA or a comparable HIPAA-compliant platform * Ensuring form submissions are not stored in WordPress or transmitted through unsecured email * Preserving the current form design, modal functionality, and mobile responsiveness * Identifying the specific location page associated with each submission * Updating WordPress core, themes, and plugins * Testing the website thoroughly after all updates * Migrating the completed website to HIPAA Vault * Configuring SSL, database settings, and assisting with DNS updates as needed * Testing all forms and website functionality after migration Applicants should have experience with WordPress migrations, HIPAA-compliant forms, secure hosting environments, DNS, SSL, and medical websites.
