WordPress Performance Developer Needed

I'm the owner of HealthViber.com, a community health and wellness site running on WordPress (hosted on Kinsta). I've run a full audit across all pages and the site has serious performance problems I need fixed properly — not patched with a plugin and left to rot. Please note up front: I'm looking for an individual freelance developer, not an agency. If you're a reseller or agency replying with a generic template, I'll pass. What's wrong (I've measured it): Across roughly 95+ URLs, most pages score "Poor" or "Needs Improvement" on Google PageSpeed. LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) is badly out of range on many pages — some over 6, 9, even 14 seconds. FCP and Speed Index are consistently slow. CLS (layout shift) is "Poor" on a number of product and key pages. The server has a backup-file problem: dozens of UpdraftPlus backup .zip files (~382 MB each, 25+ of them) are sitting in wp-content/updraft eating disk space. These need to be cleaned up safely. The site reports 85 plugin updates pending and 47 plugins flagged as vulnerable — I suspect plugin bloat and conflicts are a big part of the slowdown. What I need done: Diagnose and fix Core Web Vitals (LCP, FCP, CLS, Speed Index) across the site, prioritizing the worst-scoring and highest-traffic pages first. Audit the 85+ plugins — identify what's redundant, abandoned, or vulnerable, and safely remove or replace them. Implement proper caching, image optimization, and lazy loading (the site is on Kinsta, so I want solutions that work with their stack). Clean up the UpdraftPlus backup files safely and set up a sane backup routine. Address the layout-shift (CLS) issues, especially on product pages.
