### WordPress / Real Estate Website Developer Needed I own a real estate listing platform as well as a website for my real estate company. I’m looking for a developer to complete the tasks listed below. My budget for this project is **$10 total, and that is the maximum I’m able to pay for this work.** I completely understand if the project is not worth your time at that price, so no worries at all if you prefer to pass. If you are interested, please let me know if you are comfortable completing the tasks and approximately how long you expect the work to take. In accordance with Upwork’s rules, I’m not able to provide the website URLs before a contract is in place. If you need to review the websites first, we can start the contract so you can take a look. If, within the first 30 minutes, you determine that you cannot complete the work or simply do not want to take on the project, I’m happy to end the contract. ### 1. Fix Contact Us Section The Contact Us section is currently showing a newsletter signup. Replace this with a proper **Contact Us form**. ### 2. Remove Phone Number Requirement Remove the phone number requirement when someone contacts a listing on both websites. ### 3. Change Rent / For Sale Search Selection Change the current **Rent / For Sale status selection** to a **price range selection** with: * Minimum price * Maximum price ### 4. Fix Contact Form CAPTCHA Error The contact form is already installed and displaying on the listing pages, but it is currently showing this error: **“reCAPTCHA Failed: The response parameter is missing.”** Please fix the reCAPTCHA configuration so that: * The contact form can be submitted successfully * CAPTCHA/reCAPTCHA validates properly * Users do not see the current error message * The form continues to protect against spam * The form is tested afterward to confirm messages are being sent and received properly ### 5. Account Registration / Login Improvements Update the account registration and login system so it is clearer and gives users more options when creating an account. Please make the following changes: * Change the wording throughout the site to **Login / Registration** * During registration, add a checkbox asking whether the user is a **broker** * If the user selects that they are a broker, require them to enter their **broker ID number** * Add the ability for users to create an account or log in using **Google** * If practical, also allow other common social login options supported by the website or existing plugin The goal is to make registration easier while also collecting the necessary broker information when the person registering is a real estate broker.
