I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer with a proven track record of building high-performing, SEO-focused real estate websites. This is NOT a basic website project and I am NOT looking for a generic real estate template. My goal is to create the definitive online resource for Hutchinson Island communities, lifestyle, market information, and real estate. The website should combine: * Strong local SEO * Luxury coastal branding * IDX property search * Community guide pages * Comparison pages * Video integration * CRM integration * Lead capture * Exceptional mobile experience * Fast page speed and Core Web Vitals The ideal candidate has experience building real estate websites that currently rank well in Google for local market and community-related searches. --- ## Technical Requirements ### Platform * WordPress * Kadence Theme * Kadence Blocks * Liquid Web Hosting (or equivalent recommendations) * IDX Broker integration * CRM integration (Follow Up Boss, Go High Level, or similar) * Google Analytics * Google Search Console * Google Business Profile best practices ### Performance Requirements SEO and website performance are top priorities.
