WordPress Site Structure (Elementor + ACF) – 4 Page Templates for B2B Landscaping/Nursery Platform

What we need Build 4 reusable page templates in WordPress: Home page — based on the provided mockup (link will be shared with shortlisted candidates) Interior/Product page template — for individual trees/plant materials. This must be a Custom Post Type (CPT) with ~20 ACF fields (e.g. species, height, climate zone, flowering season, format/caliber, presentation, units, description, images). We will provide the exact field list before work starts. "Paleta" (Palette) page template — curated combinations of trees/plants grouped by specific environmental needs (e.g., climate resilience, water needs, soil type). This must also be a Custom Post Type with ACF fields, including a relationship field connecting each palette to specific tree/product entries (CPT #2) — not just static text or images. Blog/News post template — standard blog article layout Technical requirements WordPress + Elementor (Pro) as the page builder — we specifically need a visual, drag-and-drop editable structure (not a custom-coded theme) so our team can duplicate and edit pages without touching code. ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to structure the "Paleta" and "Tree/Product" content types with proper custom fields (not just rich text blocks) — see field counts above. A simple, clean way to duplicate any of these 4 templates to create new pages going forward. Basic lead capture form on relevant pages (contact/quote request) — connecting this to a CRM/email tool is not required, we'll handle that ourselves afterward. Clean, semantic structure — no bloated plugins, good page load performance. Basic on-page SEO setup (Yoast or RankMath, your call) — just installed/configured, not full SEO strategy. Hosting: the client already has hosting for other existing sites. We'll likely install on that existing hosting (or a subdomain) rather than a new one — happy to discuss your preferred workflow (build on your own staging environment and migrate at the end, or work directly on the client's hosting from day one).
