Home at Peace is a regulated domiciliary care provider serving families across North London, including Muswell Hill, Barnet, Friern Barnet and Enfield. Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalised care that allows individuals to remain safe and supported in the comfort of their own home. We are seeking an experienced Website and Content Specialist who understands the care sector and can help transform our website into a warm, welcoming and professional online presence that reflects the values of our service. This role is ideal for someone with experience in home care, nursing, social care, or healthcare marketing, who understands how families search for care and what reassures them when they visit a website. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder to improve the visual presentation, organisation and impact of our website and upload a new series of carefully prepared authority blogs. Our goal is simple: when families visit our website, they should immediately feel trust, reassurance and warmth. Responsibilities The successful candidate will: • Upload and format 16 authority blog articles on our website
• Add Canva images and visual structure to make content engaging
• Improve website layout so it feels warm, welcoming and easy to navigate
• Ensure all service pages are clearly structured and easy for families to understand
• Introduce consistent colours, icons and design elements that create a “home-like” feeling
• Improve trust signals such as testimonials, reviews and credibility indicators
• Optimise pages for local search visibility in North London
• Ensure every page has clear calls to action encouraging enquiries The goal is to transform the website so that it converts visitors into care enquiries. Skills & Experience Required Applicants must demonstrate experience in at least one of the following areas: • Home care / domiciliary care services
• Nursing or healthcare support roles
• Care sector marketing or website management
• Healthcare communications or patient support services The ideal candidate will also have experience with: • WordPress website editing
• SEO for local businesses
• Uploading blog content with images and formatting
• Creating visually warm and human-focused websites Candidates must have an eye for detail and an understanding of the emotional needs of families searching for care. • Improving website visual layout and navigation
• Adding imagery and icons to make pages engaging
• Ensuring service pages clearly explain care options
