WordPress + WooCommerce Developer — Digital Education Platform with UPayments (Kuwait) Integration

JOB DESCRIPTION About the Project I am a Kuwaiti financial educator and content creator specializing in personal finance, budgeting, and stock market investing. I currently have an existing domain (hasanalenezi.com) with no active hosting. I need a skilled WordPress/WooCommerce developer to build a clean, professional, and fully functional digital product platform from scratch — ready for me to sell online courses, PDF guides, and financial templates to an Arabic-speaking Gulf audience. This is a fixed-scope project. I need it completed within 7–10 days of project start. What I Need Built 1. WordPress Installation & Setup • Install WordPress on a new hosting environment (I will purchase hosting separately — Hostinger or SiteGround recommended) • Connect my existing domain: hasanalenezi.com • Install SSL certificate • Configure a clean, fast, mobile-first theme (Astra or GeneratePress preferred — both free) • Arabic/RTL language support enabled 2. WooCommerce Store Setup • Install and configure WooCommerce • Set up product pages for: • Digital downloads (PDF guides, Excel templates, Notion templates) • Online courses (video-based) • Configure automatic delivery of digital products upon purchase • Set up basic order management and customer email notifications (in Arabic) 3. Course Platform Integration • Install and configure TutorLMS (free plugin) on top of WooCommerce • Set up one sample course structure (I will provide the content/videos) • Student dashboard where buyers can access their purchased courses • Video upload capability (either direct upload or YouTube/Vimeo embed) 4. UPayments Gateway Integration (CRITICAL) • Install and configure the official UPayments WooCommerce plugin (available at: https://github.com/upaymentskw/woocommerce ) • I already have an active UPayments merchant account with API credentials • Payment methods to enable: KNET, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay • Test the full checkout flow end-to-end before handover 5. Landing Page / Homepage Design • Clean, professional homepage in Arabic (RTL layout) • Sections to include: • Hero section (my photo, tagline, CTA button) • About me / credibility section • Products/courses section • Testimonials section (placeholder, I will fill in) • Contact / WhatsApp CTA • Mobile-optimized (majority of my audience is on mobile) 6. Basic SEO & Speed Setup • Install Yoast SEO or RankMath (free version) • Install a caching plugin (WP Super Cache or LiteSpeed Cache) • Compress and optimize images • Google Analytics connection (I will provide the tracking ID) 7. Handover & Training • A short Loom video walkthrough (10–15 minutes) showing me how to: • Add a new product or digital download • Upload a new course module • Check orders and customer list • All login credentials delivered securely What I Will Provide • Domain access (hasanalenezi.com via Namecheap) • UPayments API credentials (Server Key + Profile ID) • My logo and brand colors • Profile photo and bio text (in Arabic) • Google Analytics ID • Any product descriptions or content I want on the site at launch What I Do NOT Need • Custom theme development from scratch • Complex custom code or bespoke features • Blog setup • Social media integration beyond a WhatsApp button Ideal Freelancer Profile • Proven experience with WordPress + WooCommerce (please share 2–3 portfolio examples) • Experience integrating Middle East / Gulf payment gateways (UPayments, Tap, PayTabs, or similar) • Familiarity with Arabic/RTL WordPress sites is a strong plus • Responsive communicator — I need daily progress updates • Fixed-price bids only (no hourly) Project Budget I am looking for fixed-price bids in the range of $150–$400 USD. If your bid exceeds this range, please explain clearly what additional value you are providing. I will not consider bids above $500 USD for this scope.
