WordPress developer / WooCommerce developer for Speed Optimization

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with strong WooCommerce expertise to optimize the speed, performance, and overall Web Design quality of our eCommerce website. Our store has performance issues affecting Core Web Vitals, user experience, and conversion rates. We need someone with extensive WordPress Development experience who understands WordPress architecture and can identify bottlenecks, optimize both the frontend and backend, and improve loading times without breaking functionality. Experience with WordPress Optimization, WordPress Customization, WordPress Plugin compatibility, WordPress Theme optimization, and WordPress Bug Fix projects is essential. Responsibilities: Perform a full website performance audit. Optimize WordPress and WooCommerce performance. Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP). Reduce page load time and server response time. Optimize CSS, CSS 3, JavaScript, and image delivery. Optimize Elementor pages and layouts where applicable. Configure caching and CDN if needed. Optimize the MySQL database and eliminate unnecessary queries. Resolve WordPress Plugin conflicts impacting performance. Perform WordPress Bug Fix tasks related to speed and functionality. Ensure mobile performance scores are significantly improved. Recommend improvements for long-term WordPress Optimization and website stability. Requirements: 8+ years of WordPress Development experience as a WordPress Developer. Strong experience as a WooCommerce Developer. Proven expertise in WordPress Optimization and website performance tuning. Solid knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and CSS 3. Experience with Elementor, including performance optimization. Knowledge of caching plugins, Redis, LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket, Cloudflare, and CDN configuration. Experience optimizing large WooCommerce stores. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues using PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Lighthouse, and Query Monitor. Experience with WordPress Theme optimization, WordPress Customization, and WordPress SEO Plugin compatibility. Familiarity with WordPress Backup and WordPress Migration best practices to ensure safe deployment and rollback during optimization. Nice to Have: Experience with advanced Elementor optimization. Experience with object caching and server-side optimization. Knowledge of Nginx/Apache configuration. Experience with hosting platforms such as Cloudways, Kinsta, or WP Engine.
