Workflow Automation Specialist & Solutions Architect

Overview We're a Florida-based title company and law firm building a nationwide mobile home title transfer platform from scratch. The goal: automate 70–85% of the workflow — intake, decision logic, document generation, client communication, and task routing — with minimal staffing and maximum scalability. This is a greenfield build. We expect live transactions within 6 months. We need someone who designs and builds — not an advisor. What You'll Own Full transaction system: intake → workflow routing → document generation → title delivery Structured databases (Airtable or similar) to manage cases, status, and state-by-state variation Automation flows (Zapier, Make, or equivalent), decision trees, and logic-based intake Document automation (Gavel/Documate), e-sign (DocuSign), and payments (Stripe) AI integration for intake, document handling, and drafting (OpenAI, Claude, document extraction) Internal dashboards and client-facing interfaces Security, compliance, and data handling approach Weekly progress toward FL MVP → multi-state expansion Required Experience Hands-on builder in Airtable, Zapier/Make, and no-code platforms — not just familiarity Full workflow automation systems in regulated industries (legal, title, real estate, DMV, lending) AI tools deployed in production Strong buy vs. build vs. automate judgment Experience managing developers or low-code builders Nice to Have Fractional CTO or early-stage build experience How We Work Direct with founder (attorney).
