AI Workflow Specialist – Claude-Based Document Automation for Financial Advisory Firm

I'm a financial advisor and exit planning consultant looking for an AI workflow specialist to build a Claude-based document automation system for my practice. The system will take existing outputs from three sources: -Capitaliz – business valuation and business insights reports -eMoney – cash flow and financial planning reports -Otter AI – meeting notes and transcripts …and use them to automatically populate a set of proprietary client deliverables: -Freedom Roadmap Summary -Client proposal -SWOT analysis -30/60/90 action plan -Quarterly scorecard Important: This is not a financial analysis project. I need someone who can accurately extract, organize, and translate information from these source reports into standardized templates with minimal manual editing, essentially a smart, reliable formatting and population engine, not a tool that interprets or generates financial advice. Responsibilities: -Design a Claude Projects-based workflow that ingests the three report types -Build prompt-engineered extraction logic to pull relevant data points accurately -Map extracted data into standardized templates for each deliverable -Minimize manual editing/cleanup needed after generation -Document the workflow so it can be maintained or handed off Requirements: - Demonstrated experience with Claude Projects and prompt engineering -Strong background in document automation and template-driven AI systems -Experience designing multi-source data extraction workflows -Comfortable working with sensitive/proprietary business templates -Prior experience with financial advisors, wealth management firms, business consultants, or exit planning professionals -Familiarity with Capitaliz, eMoney, or similar financial planning/valuation software is a plus.
