XERO Bookkeeper | Setup / Fix / Balance

Bookkeeper needed – Xero cleanup & ongoing reconciliation (Australian business) We run a caravan/boat/motorhome storage business based in Queensland, using Xero and Stripe. Looking for an experienced Australian bookkeeper to help us get our books properly sorted and then keep on top of them going forward. Immediate job: Import and reconcile ~8 months of historical Stripe transactions (Dec 2025–present) — charges, fees, refunds against Storage Income and Stripe Fees accounts Reconcile a Westpac account we've since moved away from (now on CommBank) — some transactions need to be flagged as related-party transfers for our accountant to review before coding, so please don't guess on those, just flag and hold Ongoing Monthly Stripe/bank reconciliation Coordinating with our accountant around BAS time General Xero housekeeping as the business grows You should have: Solid Xero experience Comfortable reconciling payment processors (Stripe experience a big plus) Good communication — happy to flag anything unusual rather than just pushing it through Based in Australia.
