Xero Bookkeeper for Small Business

South African Xero Accountant Needed for Bookkeeping Cleanup and Year-End Balance Sheet I am looking for an experienced South African accountant or senior bookkeeper to clean up our Xero account and prepare the required year-end financial information for our company tax submission. We are a small marketing agency, and our Xero records are currently not fully up to date or properly maintained. I will therefore need someone who can work closely with me to review the account, identify what is missing and help get everything into order. The scope of work will include: * Reviewing and cleaning up our existing Xero account * Reconciling bank transactions for the relevant financial year * Correctly categorising income and expenses * Reviewing outstanding invoices, bills and payments * Voiding or correcting old and inaccurate invoices or transactions where necessary * Identifying missing documents, invoices or supporting information * Reviewing debtors, creditors, assets and liabilities * Correcting any bookkeeping inconsistencies * Preparing a year-end balance sheet * Preparing a profit and loss statement, if required * Providing the completed information in a format suitable for our tax practitioner Our Xero account will require a proper cleanup, so I am looking for someone who is patient, thorough and able to guide me through the information they need.
