YouTube Channel Reverse Engineering Analyst Needed We are looking for an experienced YouTube analyst/researcher to reverse engineer the production process of a successful documentary/explainer channel. The goal is to deeply analyse the channel’s videos and create a detailed breakdown of how the content is produced from idea selection to final upload. Channel reference: https://youtube.com/@neoexplains Responsibilities: * Analyse multiple videos from the channel and identify repeating patterns * Reverse engineer the complete production workflow * Break down how topics are selected and developed * Analyse title and thumbnail strategy * Identify the storytelling frameworks used in scripts * Study video structure, hooks, pacing, and retention techniques * Analyse narration style and writing patterns * Identify the balance between research, storytelling, visuals, and editing * Break down the visual language: * Footage choices * Use of maps * Motion graphics * Charts * Animations * Transitions * Identify Video Editing Software Used * Estimate the production timeline and team structure required * Identify what roles are involved in producing each video * Create a step-by-step production pipeline that can be replicated Deliverables: A detailed research document including: 1. Channel DNA * What makes the channel successful * Target audience * Content positioning 2. Video Structure Analysis * Typical intro format * Hook formula * Story arc * Section breakdown * Ending strategy 3. Scriptwriting Framework * How topics become stories * Sentence structure * Narrative techniques * Retention methods 4. Visual Production Breakdown * Types of visuals used and how long they are used * Editing patterns * Motion graphics style * Asset requirements 5. Packaging Analysis * Title formulas * Thumbnail patterns * Emotional triggers * Click-through strategy 6.
