Job Title: YouTube Automation AI Expert Needed – Faceless Channel Content Pipeline Job Description: We're looking for an experienced YouTube Automation specialist to help us build and manage a faceless YouTube channel (or multiple channels) using AI-driven tools and workflows. What we need: Set up an end-to-end content pipeline: topic/niche research → script writing (AI-assisted) → AI voiceover → video editing/assembly → thumbnail creation → upload & scheduling Recommend and configure the right AI tools/stack (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for scripts, ElevenLabs for voiceover, CapCut/Premiere or automated editors, Midjourney/DALL-E for thumbnails) Build automation using Zapier, Make.com, or similar to minimize manual work Optimize content for retention, CTR, and YouTube algorithm performance (not just output volume) Provide guidance on niche selection and monetization strategy (ad revenue, CPM optimization) Document the workflow/system so we can maintain or scale it after handoff Ideal candidate has: Proven experience building or managing automated/faceless YouTube channels (please share channel examples or case studies) Strong knowledge of AI content tools and no-code automation platforms Understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, and monetization requirements Ability to work independently and communicate clearly on progress To apply, please include: Examples of automated YouTube channels you've built or managed (views/growth if possible) Your typical tech stack/tools Estimated timeline and pricing for a full pipeline setup
