Video Editor – Faceless YouTube / Documentary About Us We're building a modern YouTube automation agency focused on creating high-quality, documentary-style faceless videos. Our goal is to produce engaging, cinematic content that keeps viewers watching from start to finish through strong storytelling, pacing, and visual editing. We're looking for a talented editor who understands that editing is more than just cutting clips—it's about telling compelling stories. Responsibilities * Edit long-form YouTube videos (15–30 minutes) * Create engaging, retention-focused edits. * Build emotional and narrative flow through editing. * Source and integrate B-roll, stock footage, graphics, sound effects, and music. * Color correct and mix audio to a professional standard. * Collaborate with our scriptwriter and creative team to improve each video. * Deliver polished videos ready for YouTube publication. Requirements * Strong understanding of **storytelling** and viewer retention. * Experience editing **faceless YouTube content** (documentaries, history, business, finance, technology, educational content, etc.). * Excellent sense of rhythm, pacing, and visual composition. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Good English communication skills. Bonus Skills * Motion graphics. * Fusion (DaVinci Resolve). * Sound design. * Thumbnail design. * Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar. ¿ What We're Looking For?
