YouTube Documentary Script Reviewer & Editor (Audience Retention Expert)

I’m looking for an experienced YouTube script reviewer/editor for my long-form documentary channel. I publish 1 video per week, so this will be an ongoing, long-term collaboration if we’re a good fit. The scripts are typically 2,500–4,000 words (15–25 minute videos) and focus on sports documentaries. I’m not looking for someone to write scripts from scratch. Instead, I need someone to thoroughly review each script and improve it where necessary. I’m looking for someone who can: • Analyze the first 30-second hook. • Improve audience retention throughout the script. • Strengthen story structure and pacing. • Add or improve curiosity gaps and cliffhangers. • Increase emotional impact. • Identify repetitive, weak, or unnecessary sections. • Improve clarity, flow, and transitions. • Rewrite any sections that need improvement instead of only explaining what’s wrong. • Make sure the script keeps viewers engaged until the very end. The goal is to maximize viewer retention and create videos that perform well on YouTube.
