YouTube Influencer Partnership Closer (Commission + Base)

I run a digital products business selling PDF guides on Shopify. I have an automated system that finds YouTube influencers and sends outreach emails. The influencers who reply are warm leads — they already said they're interested and want to hop on a call. I need you to take those calls and close them. Your Role: 1. You receive a brief — channel info, email history, product details 2. You hop on a Zoom/Discord call with the interested YouTuber 3. You present our PDF guide and offer 3 deal options they choose from: flat fee for a 30-60 sec sponsorship, 50% commission on every sale, or a mix 4. You negotiate within set parameters and close the deal 5. You report back — agreed terms, next steps No cold calling. No prospecting. They already replied to us. Requirements: • Fluent English (spoken, clear, confident) • Comfortable on video calls • Any sales, negotiation, or client-facing experience • Reliable internet • Available US/Europe daytime hours Pay: $5-10/hr base + bonus per closed deal: $15 (affiliate), $30 (flat fee), $40 (hybrid). Full training and call script provided.
