Responsibilities: Develop and execute organic growth strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and video views. Perform YouTube SEO optimization, including titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, and keywords. Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and provide actionable recommendations. Optimize click-through rates (CTR) through effective thumbnail and title strategies. Improve audience retention and watch time by identifying content optimization opportunities. Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities. Create content strategies for long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, and community engagement. Develop upload schedules and content plans based on audience insights. Monitor YouTube algorithm updates and implement best practices to maximize organic reach. Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and video editors to improve content performance. Identify opportunities for playlist optimization, channel branding, and audience engagement. Track key performance metrics and prepare regular growth reports. Requirements: Proven experience growing YouTube channels organically. Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, audience retention, and engagement strategies. Experience using YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, Google Trends, and keyword research tools. Understanding of YouTube Shorts growth strategies and content optimization. Ability to analyze channel data and make data-driven recommendations. Strong research and competitor analysis skills.
