YouTube Podcast Producer Needed for Christian Mentoring Podcast We are looking for a creative, organized, and growth-minded YouTube podcast producer to help us take our existing podcast content and turn it into a strong YouTube presence. We run a Christian mentoring podcast focused on helping mentors and mentoring leaders build Christ-centered relationships with kids from hard places. We already have a large library of podcast episodes, and we want to repurpose that content for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and ongoing audience growth. What We Need We are looking for someone who can help us: 1. Take our podcast to YouTube We need help formatting, uploading, optimizing, and managing podcast episodes on YouTube. This may include episode titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, playlists, and overall channel organization. 2. Post Already Created Shorts We want to turn our podcast episodes into short, engaging clips for YouTube Shorts. The ideal person can identify strong moments, edit them well, add captions, create hooks, and post consistently. 3. Create a podcast intro and outro for our already created podcast video interviews We need a clean, professional intro and outro for the YouTube version of the podcast. It should feel warm, trustworthy, and aligned with our Christian mentoring brand. 4. Grow our YouTube page We want someone who understands YouTube growth basics and can help us improve our channel over time. This includes stronger titles, thumbnails, Shorts strategy, posting rhythm, SEO, analytics, and recommendations for what is working.
