YouTube Script Writer for Health Coach Certification Brand We're hiring a YouTube scriptwriter for a leading health coach certification brand with a celebrity co-founder (2x Joe Rogan guest). You'll be writing in the voice of a 20+ year veteran health coach for a growing YouTube channel spanning topics across women's health, wellness, longevity, entrepreneurship, and coaching. HOW TO APPLY 1. Record a Loom video walking through your case study proof: screen share the scripts you wrote, the channels or projects you worked on, and the research sources you used. 2. In the same Loom, confirm your YouTube scriptwriting experience in fitness, health, wellness or longevity niches. 3. Agree to a mini pilot script for assessment purposes RESPONSIBILITIES - Topic detail research (we provide the video idea, topic and structure guide - you research the actual content & substance going into the video) - Full publish-ready script integrating a knowledge dump from the talking head host naturally into the script combined with your own research - Co-ordinate with the talking head host and YouTube strategist AI USAGE POLICY - AI can be used for research as long as it is properly referenced and from a reliable source (i.e. not Reddit or a random blog post). - AI cannot be used to lazily slop together full scripts. We have been writing and reviewing YouTube scripts for 9 years, you will not be able to fool us with AI slop. - If you want to use AI to boost your writing efficiency, you better have an incredibly advanced multi-layered writing agent to help you. If we detect AI-isms in your scripts, they will be rejected, so don't waste our time. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Minimum 3 years of YouTube scriptwriting, with some experience in fitness, wellness, longevity or coaching niches being required - Perfect written English - Excellent spoken English - Solid time management - Ability to develop original frameworks and novel examples for explaining complex concepts - Able to distinguish between what is science-based, what is intuitive, and what is pseudoscience - Available to join a monthly ideation session with the YouTube strategist and talking head host - You understand retention, how to demonstrate authority, build trust, connect with viewers on a human level, and how to sell a high-ticket service through YouTube - No ego. Expect criticism on your scripts. (2,200 - 3,500 words each) - Average script is 2,800 words PAY - $6 per 100 approved words. Averaging $168 per script.
